RETURNS AND STORE POLICY
All my ceramic pieces are handmade, glazed, fired and packed in Los Angeles, CA. Due to the inherent process of handmade ceramics, the colors, sizes and shapes might have a slight variation from piece to piece.
Most of my pieces are one of a kind as no two pieces are exactly alike, so we ask that you please take that into consideration when purchasing. All measurements are approximate. (I do my best, but it's just me and a tape measure.)
SHIPPING POLICY
I ship in-stock items within 5 business days to the US only (at this time). Once the order has shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number. All my items are wrapped very well to avoid damage, and all of my items are insured.
Made to order items will ship within a 2 week window.
Commissions/Custom orders ship out in usually 6-8 weeks but will be discussed when the order is placed.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the handmade nature of these products all sales are considered final. However, I take great pride in providing you with high quality ceramics that you will love and enjoy living with. If for any reason you are not happy contact me within 2 days of receiving your item (for insurance purposes), and send photos of both the items and the packaging, so we can discuss options and ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.
Commissions/Custom orders are final.
